Have a clear vision

The first place to start is through a leadership workshop or briefing session. We would expect the key project champions and senior stakeholders to attend this secession, who can make decisions within the organisation.

Through this meeting, we will introduce the teams that will transform your office into a highly cost-efficient workplace that minimises disruption to your business. Creating a clear outline brief is the foundation for developing an optimised workplace for your company. The workshop is split into two main stages.

The first is to understand the aspirations and organisational challenges. The second stage forms more of an educational process. After these initial stages are discussed, we will compile a report covering all the agreed-upon details.

We are now ready to utilise the data obtained from the initial studies to set the stage for our design team. The results from the workplace studies will give us the foundation to create an office that reflects how your staff are making use of the current space and how they work. Our consultants will see the design process through to the last detail, ensuring your new agile office maintains the perfect balance of creativity and practicality.

After the initial assessments, we will appoint an in-house project manager, issue the CDM application and gain approvals from local building control. In this stage, our project manager can develop the technical process.

By continuously directing the development, we ensure to meet regulations and overcome any risks associated with the assignment. This will ultimately allow complete control over the project and minimise errors in the execution stage, as a flawed delivery can unhinge the best office design.
