Hoborn Gate is a prominent mixed-used property on the main thorough fare of High Holborn which contains two reception area's. Land Securities partnered with Office Principles to give both reception areas a stunning new appearance.
The reception area's had to be functioning during the day so all works were done out-of-hours, a huge task considering the whole project was completed in just three weeks.
