Seminar: Happiness and Productivity in the Workplace

Seminar: Happiness and Productivity in the Workplace

Our next seminar is planned for Tuesday 1st December 2015. With two inspirational speakers, we are all really looking forward to this event. Mark Catchlove of Herman Miller and Hannah Nardini, will be discussing how we can increase happiness and productivity in the workplace. Employees are pushing for work that has meaning and purpose by seeking to take more responsibility over their work styles and personal developments. Agility and mobility are in high demand for working environments throughout the UK. Individual employees are looking for work environments that allow them to make proactive choices that will redefine their work. Employees want to feel happy, feel engaged and feel like life and work have meaning and purpose.

Companies like Google have invest heavily in employee relationships and has a result their employee happiness and satisfaction has risen by 37%.

Mark Catchlove will be exploring findings from new research with the Centre for Neuro-economics Studies, to find out what actually makes us happy. Hannah Nardini will cover how to analyse the psychology of the workplace, and how to use this data to design an office that will bring out the best in your staff and employees.

The seminar will be held in the Herman Miller Showroom, and this is a great opportunity to take a look at some of the latest trends in office furniture.
