Our world class, in house architect designers are some of the best in the UK and have many years’ experience in leading high profile office interior design projects.

We know that a great workplace is one that mirrors your business’ core values and objectives, so we only create cutting edge and cost effective office interior design concepts that are unique to your business.

Office Principles has been designing exceptional office interiors since 1988. We find that immersing ourselves in your world enables us to understand your business challenges and workspace limitations. This allows our concept artists to produce various office interior design ideas and test high performance options to find an innovative and inspirational solution that, not only gives your business the rejuvenation it needs, but motivates your team to exceed your company goals as well.

Did you know? A well designed office interior can elevate the productivity of your staff by 25% and boost your business efficiency. As professional office interior designers, we pledge to create a workspace that will help to reinforce your brand identity in order to promote your services and product, and attract a higher quality workforce. This will in turn save on staff churn and increase the overall profitability of your organisation.

Our Approach to Office Design

  1. Creating the Vision
When looking at redesigning your office the first place to start is through a leadership workshop or briefing session. Through this session, we will introduce the teams that will transform your office into a highly cost-efficient workplace that minimises disruption to your business. We will create a clear outline brief which will form the foundation for developing an optimised office design.
  2. Workplace Research
Through a combination of expertise, user engagement techniques and applied research, we help organisations to explore measurable business factors that link employee behaviour to enhanced business results, leading to an increase in staff morale, productivity, attrition rates, and ultimately, profitability.
  3. Block Planning
During this stage of the office design process, we will start by producing block plans showing how your space could be allocated to get the best from your resources. If you have yet to decide upon a building, a block plan will help you assess the suitability of your shortlist..
  4. Concept Design
We believe in taking each step of the office design journey with you, from concept right through to completion. Our designers will produce first stage sketches, revise the design, and once you are happy with the concept drawings, we can then begin creating a 3D visualisation of your workplace.
  5. Detail Design
Once the space plans have been agreed we will proceed to prepare a full drawing package which includes floor plans, all joinery pieces, and tea points, along with mechanical and electrical plans. At this stage, we will also finalise the selection of specifications and finishes including furniture, and ensure that our team is ready to go live on site.
  6. Finishes
To provide the most cost effective solution for your office design, we will pick out the right products that bring your workplace to life. We work with you to select the fabrics, textures, furnishings and finishes through workshops, showroom visits and tours of other offices we have designed.
