Office Principles quality control policy is the backbone of the company’s success, which includes the manner in which our projects are managed and run, through to the implementation and commitment to a well delivered project.



As an ISO14001 accredited company, we know we have a responsibility to the environment so we actively get involved in encouraging our clients to apply the SKA rating to every office interior fit out. This monitors the fit out, how products are used and also covers ‘best practice’ for environmental performance. We are also pro-active in working with the Carbon Trust to ensure our clients have the best environmentally friendly lighting, air conditioning and ventilation systems approved to the highest current standards.



Having a deep understanding of health and safety, we employ independent health and safety consultants to vet every project we’re involved in. As part of our commitment to the Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations, we actively monitor every project and take on our clients legal requirements throughout the duration of the project.



Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. Office Principles have systems for certifying high-performance green tenant spaces that are healthy, productive places to work; are less costly to operate and maintain; and have a reduced environmental footprint. Launched by RICS, Ska Rating is an environmental assessment tool for sustainable fit-outs. Office Principles has in-house SKA assessors who can ensure that your office fitout is environmentally friendly.
