Celebrating 30 Years!

Today Office Principles are celebrating their 30th anniversary.

Office Principles started on 1st May 1988, when father and son, David and Cyril Parsons, took their first order from RACAL Electronics.  The business has grown year on year, and now employs over 40 people.  We have built an experienced team of professionals who all share a passion for creating brilliant office interiors.

Our mission continues to be to enable great organisations by transforming your office into a workspace that reflects your business and its needs.

Over the last 30 years we have built an enviable client list, and completed hundreds of projects.  A few of our outstanding projects include:

Exterion Media

When Exterion decided to move to Holborn, they wanted to ensure that they were creating a high performance working environment for their staff.  By implementing agile working and removing allocated desking, they were able to substantially increase their staff headcount, whilst moving into a smaller workspace.  Exterion Media partnered with Office Principles because we were able to demonstrate that we really understood the concept of agile working, improving workplace efficiency and helping Exterion to take their staff on the journey through a change management engagement.

Mothercare undertook a full refurbishment of the 100,000 sq ft head office in Watford.  Office Principles carried out the refurbishment of the entire building whilst more than 700 employees were going about their normal business.  As part of the refurbishment Mothercare invested in a state of the art, cloud-based controller system to regulate the temperature on all floors, making it more comfortable for employees as well as being more energy efficient.

Office Principles continue to believe that there is a proven relationship between the quality of your office environment and the effectiveness and efficiency of your workforce.  We are keen advocates of agile working, and continue to host events and seminars throughout the UK.  Our next seminar is on 16th May in London, and seats can be booked here by clicking here.  Office Principles’ also have their very own book, written by Managing Director, Cyril Parsons, it is the ultimate guide to office relocation.  If you would like to order a copy then visit the website by clicking here.
