IFF Research are a full-service research agency that have become one of the largest independent research companies in the UK.
The number one brand value at IFF Research is to be human and have personal conversations. When they decided to relocate to new office, they partnered with Office Principles because they felt that we understood that brand values the best.
Previously IFF where located over 4 floors in Shoreditch. This led to a feeling that there were four factions or subgroups. The new office is over one floor, where Office Principles designed an open collaborative workspace that reflected IFF’s core values, and helps to create a sense of cohesion amongst the staff.
The most impressive part of the new office is the large open breakout area overlooking the River Thames, and Tower Bridge. Even though IFF have less space compared to their former office, Office Principles designed the space more effectively allowing for increased collaboration, and conversation among employees.
