Office Principles provided a full Cat B fit out including mechanical modifications and relocations of existing systems, full underfloor electrical installation, with enhanced lighting, soft furnishings and carpeting.
The space includes a sun terrace overlooking Uxbridge with a secret folding wall that can be used for training and town hall events. There are two raised stage areas for collaborative working, creating height across the design. A large open plan area sits alongside a games area and there is parameter glazing providing panoramic views throughout.
