Office Principles collaborate with industry leading construction professionals, working with quantity surveyors, project managers and designers, delivering both CAT A and CAT B office fitout and refurbishment projects across the UK. In the last 2 years we have completed over 90 projects and fitted out over 660,000 sq ft of office space, with a focus on projects that have been designed to RIBA stages two or three.

All our projects are based around four key cornerstones; design co-ordination, cost certainty, project delivery, and health and safety.

Design Coordination

Excellent design co-Ordination is crucial to the success of any project. We work closely with all stakeholders, from supply chain, to the professional team through the pre-construction and construction phases of any project which means that we identify any issues at an early stage in the process and work proactively to find positive solutions.

Cost Certainty

Our open, honest & realistic approach to cost, coupled with our goal to pricing projects “right first time”, builds trust between all stakeholders. We believe this sits at the heart of what we do.

Quality

We carefully select our supply chain partners to achieve the highest level of quality for our clients. Then, working seamlessly with our management team, we are constantly snagging our work as we go, to safeguard a ‘snag-free’ finish when we hand the office over to you. All of the projects we undertake are delivered on time and, over the last 3 years, we have completed 78% of our projects ahead of time, whilst saving the client time and money.

Health and Safety

Office Principles are committed to maintaining our excellent Health and Safety record. We ensure that all activities are carried out proactively, in accordance with safe working procedures, and in compliance with statutory provisions. We employ a team of independent auditors that undertake safety audits on all our sites. The data gathered from the audits is used to continuously improve our Health and Safety performance on-site.
