New images of The Cheesegrater have been released ahead of completion on the building mid-2014. This stunning building located in the City of London has been described as ‘a building of style, presence and élan – a defining image for London’.
Standing at 736 feet high, The Cheesegrater has 610,000 sq ft of lettable floor space over 46 floors. 55% of the office space has been pre-let which bears testament to its distinctive and elegant design. Those companies who have already agreed on space include AON, Amlin and ServCorp. Stunning office design is being planned for the new offices which covers over 45% of the building.
The Tower was designed by Graham Stirk at Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners architects, and its distinctive wedge shape is intended to protect the sightline of St Paul’s Cathedral. Every element of The Leadenhall Building provides modern office occupiers with efficient accommodation in which to work at their best, supported by customer service of the highest standard.
