Office Principles hands over Central Co-op’s new Lichfield support centre

Office Principles North has been appointed to design and refurbish the new Peterborough location of one of the UK’s fastest-growing serviced office providers, FigFlex Offices.
The leading interior design consultancy will deliver FigFlex Peterborough, an 8,000 sq ft flexible and collaborative office space at the established Lynch Wood Park.
FigFlex Peterborough will support local businesses seeking a friendlier, convenient and more flexible approach to office-based working.
It will deliver sleek professional serviced offices, containing up to 100 workstations, as well as coworking and breakout areas, air-conditioned sound-proofed meeting rooms, virtual office services and plentiful on-site parking.
FigFlex Peterborough is set within Lynch Wood Park’s 350,000 sq ft business campus surrounded by landscaped grounds and benefits from on-site services, activities and events including a restaurant, gymnasium and pop-up stores.
The site lies three miles west of Peterborough city centre and is accessible from the A1 and A14, with rail travel to London in just 45 minutes.
It is expected to open in May 2022 following a seven-week refurbishment project.
FigFlex Peterborough is the second project to be delivered by Office Principles North on behalf of FigFlex Offices, following its completion of a similar serviced office space in Watford in November 2021. It will be the sixth FigFlex location to open in the UK, joining other sites in Coventry, Hull, Gloucester and Swindon.
