Office Principles quality control policy is the backbone of the company’s success, which includes the manner in which our projects are managed and run, through to the implementation and commitment to a well delivered project.
As an ISO14001 accredited company, we know we have a responsibility to the environment so we actively get involved in encouraging our clients to apply the SKA rating to every office interior fit out. This monitors the fit out, how products are used and also covers ‘best practice’ for environmental performance.
Having a deep understanding of health and safety, we employ independent health and safety consultants to vet every project we’re involved in. As part of our commitment to the Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations, we actively monitor every project and take on our clients legal requirements throughout the duration of the project.
We are currently accredited to CHAS (The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme)
Safe Contractor is the fastest growing health and safety accreditation scheme in the UK, with more than 200 major clients and over 180,000 contractor members.
Constructionline standards are high – Office Principles are pre-qualified to the official government pre-qualified standard.
