Office Principles’ Birmingham office benefits from the addition of a new commercial manager
The Birmingham office has appointed Dan White as commercial manager. With a breadth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of fit out, Dan has worked across a variety of sectors, on a wide range of projects, from industrial and residential to offices, hotels, student accommodation and care home renovation.
Skilled at project development, contract management and quality assurance and control, Dan is a results-driven manager who has completed projects on a diverse mix of sites, including new build and heritage buildings. He has experience of overseeing estimates and tenders, managing multi-million pound budgets and eliminating project lags to ensure compliance and quality control.
Dan is focused upon prioritising strong contract negotiation and value engineering in his latest role:
My goal is to bring my experience from previous projects into play to deliver the most efficient and profitable, high standard outcome for the client. Office Principles has gained solid momentum as a brand in the North over the last few years and I’m excited to embrace my role in the team.
