At Office Principles, we are very fortunate to work with so many inspirational and incredible women. As we celebrate International Women's Day, we thought we would share some quotes from just a few of our fantastic team.

Iyna Butt People & Talent Director

A People Director, a mum to an 11 year old boy with ADHD and Aspergers, a wife, a sister, a daughter and Breast Cancer survivor at the age of 30!

Cry, scream, shout, sulk, feel sorry for yourself, eat a whole pot of Haagen-Dazs, heck I say lick the spoon!

But ALWAYS get back up again! GIVING UP ISN'T AN OPTION!!

Claire Stant Creative Director

I am Creative Director for Office Principles North, my passion is creating human centric workplaces that tell a story and house happy and healthy work life experiences. For me celebrating International Women۪s Day is important to recognise the achievements of women globally and to highlight those still-essential conversations around gender equality and parity particularly in our Construction Industry

Diana Kovaliova Purchase Ledger

My name is Diana Kovaliova, mum of a six-year-old boy and working full time at Office Principle. As a woman, I feel that it's important to celebrate women's experiences and achievements in every field of life. Nature has itself, appreciated women's strength by giving them the ability to bring a life into this world as a mum. The journey of being a mum is just not about giving birth but is also about raising a respectful, kind, and decent human being. A mother and a woman go all out with her nurturing nature to make sure that the people around her excel in every possible way by providing them with encouragement, motivation and sometimes by just being herself. Some people believe that the things we do as women are just thankless jobs. By celebrating International Women's Day, I believe that we can convey the message that women's work, whether at home or the office, can never be quantified but just appreciated.

I am proud to work for an organisation that appreciates women by not making them feel that they are any less, but in fact, I have always felt I am respected more. Appreciation is not always about nice words, but how my employers appreciate me is the best possible way I need by understanding how important work-life balance, flexibility around childcare and last but not least, by making me feel important. Behind every successful woman is herself, and the only way a woman can be herself is by making her realise that she is beautiful and perfect the way she is. Happy Women's Day to all the beautiful women !!!

Alex Riggall Office Manager

I am the Office manager for Office Principles North. I make it my job to help and support my fellow workmates in any way needed. This can mean anything, from the usual office work, to caring for the welfare of everyone in my team .

I have a quote that I have used over the years. Please do not interpret my good nature as a sign of weakness۪ . I am a strong woman. I like my friends, my family and my colleagues to recognise my strength through my thoughtfulness.

Saba Qureshi Compliance Manager

I am the Compliance Manager at Office Principles

Celebrating International Women۪s day is important to me because sadly, there is still an urgent need to achieve full gender equality for women in the world.

I feel more responsibility to celebrate this as a mother to a nearly teenage daughter so that she grows in this world knowing her rights.
