My name is Diana Kovaliova, mum of a six-year-old boy and working full time at Office Principle. As a woman, I feel that it's important to celebrate women's experiences and achievements in every field of life. Nature has itself, appreciated women's strength by giving them the ability to bring a life into this world as a mum. The journey of being a mum is just not about giving birth but is also about raising a respectful, kind, and decent human being. A mother and a woman go all out with her nurturing nature to make sure that the people around her excel in every possible way by providing them with encouragement, motivation and sometimes by just being herself. Some people believe that the things we do as women are just thankless jobs. By celebrating International Women's Day, I believe that we can convey the message that women's work, whether at home or the office, can never be quantified but just appreciated.

I am proud to work for an organisation that appreciates women by not making them feel that they are any less, but in fact, I have always felt I am respected more. Appreciation is not always about nice words, but how my employers appreciate me is the best possible way I need by understanding how important work-life balance, flexibility around childcare and last but not least, by making me feel important. Behind every successful woman is herself, and the only way a woman can be herself is by making her realise that she is beautiful and perfect the way she is.
