Office Principles has recruited experienced project director, Dan Monk. With an exhaustive network and an extensive knowledge of the commercial property industry, Dan is expected to help the design, fit out and workplace consultancy to develop new relationships and add to the pipeline of significant contracts due to start soon.

Dan Monk

Having worked in the serviced office industry previously and alongside a number of property funds, while building a healthy portfolio of large design and build projects, Dan has a broad understanding of the varying requirements of both landlords and corporate clients and has experience of a number of sectors, including retail, finance, charity, legal and leisure.

Dan comments: I۪ve enjoyed over 15 years engaging with various industry figures in many different roles, which helps me to understand the needs of the landlord and the end user while putting my experience to the best use.

There۪s been a big change in market focus over the last couple of years; tenants want agile working spaces and landlords are increasingly looking at plug in office solutions in order to cater to all needs. Our job is to realise what potential clients want, in any given space, and so my top note to the team will be to consistently maintain the lines of communication. Listening is key.۝

Joint managing director of Office Principles, Cyril Parsons is pleased to bring Dan into the team: I always welcome the opportunity to work with passionate team players, who understand the market and are committed to all key stages, from the interpretation of the initial brief to project delivery and after care.

Dan۪s serviced office background is a bonus. He also has a strong track record for delivering large multi-million design and build projects so we expect to benefit from his input on every front going forward.۝
