Office Principles has been chosen to deliver the new London location of flexible office provider, Techspace.
The design and build project will transform c.30,000 sq ft of an eight-storey building in Old Street in Shoreditch.
Office Principles will deliver a combined CAT A and CAT B fit out of the building, including new co-working office space, a revamped roof terrace and new entrance, as well as heavy building control and planning involvement.
Techspace acquired a lease on the building in February 2023, in partnership with Daejan Holdings, part of the Freshwater Group. It brings the total number of Techspace locations to seven, with five in London and two in Berlin.
Works are already underway, with the new location scheduled for launch in May 2023.
Techspace provides an environment where tech entrepreneurs and businesses can thrive. Members have access to coworking spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, event spaces, kitchens, showers and more.
