Office Principles North is working in collaboration with Aver - a joint venture between Ergo Real Estate and NFU Mutual - to renew an office building in West London.

The Curtis, originally constructed in the thirties as a lightbulb factory, is being transformed as an exciting office location offering office floor plates of between 3,000 sq ft and 4,500 sq ft.

Work is currently being undertaken to remodel the reception, kitchen and common amenity areas with additional showers added, together with a CAT A fit out to ground, second and third floors.

The design highlights the original features including exposed steel, brickwork and original Crittall windows, reviving The Curtis for the next generation of businesses to light up the space.

Positioned amongst a wide range of restaurants, pubs and iconic music venues, Ravenscourt Park is a vibrant place to work and play.

Connecting to The Curtis is convenient, from near or far: the offices are accessible via all forms of transport and also provide quick access to London Heathrow.

Ravenscourt Park offers ample opportunity to take a power walk at lunch to ground yourself in green space.

Connections inside and outside the workplace are encouraged in communal areas like The Curtis’ terrace, an environment to collaborate and unwind.

From reusing an existing building for a lighter carbon footprint, to bike facilities and open windows for fresh air intake, sustainability has been at the heart of every decision. An EPC B rating has been achieved.

We’re pleased to be working in collaboration with Ergo Real Estate to rejuvenate another unique building. The Curtis is a beautiful, self-contained office building that benefits from excellent natural light to all floors, and stunning views across Ravenscourt Park. Our design will enhance much of the building’s amazing original features, while delivering new amenities and a stunning arrival experience.

We are passionate about team, culture and performance and we strongly believe one of the keys to success is creating a ‘WOW’ environment – one that is both inspirational and conducive to the team’s success. The Curtis Building has provided the perfect canvas for us to achieve this, and the proof is in the pudding – having been named No.1 Best Workplace in the UK by Great Place to Work™, our office is now continually used to showcase our EPIC environment and how it engages people in culture! We have just extended our lease on the first floor for a further 10 years.
