A strong leader and team player, with outstanding communications skills, Chris is adept at cost management, site management, construction programming and co-ordination of trades; procurement of sub-contractor packages and materials and client and team liaison.

Chris aims to deliver on the Office Principles founding values of humility and care as his primary aim is to encourage and equip those in his team to achieve: “In order for a project to be a success, the team has to be fully engaged. Managing director of Office Principles North, Gary Tailby comments: “We’re pleased to welcome an individual like Chris, who is dedicated to his work and clearly values the team. He has a great track record and has worked across some impressive projects and I’m confident that he will be an asset to our operations.”
