Cooper Parry are an accountancy firm with a difference. They look to isrupt, Lead and Make Lifeount. They have been hailed as the ebels of accountancy and tend to fly in the face ofonvention. This is certainly true of the new workplace that we have designed for them in Derby, toelp them revolutionise the way they work. Cooper Parry were looking to remove the more traditional meeting areas and replace them with aree-flowing co-working environment. The new space was designed to shake up the traditionalorking methods and systems, encouraging interdepartmental working while creating thepportunity for clients and visitors to work from the same space, allowing for networking and ideaharing. Office Principles created a mix of quiet pods and blended zones to achieve the mostffective balance of collaboration and concentration.
