What You’ll Be Doing:

Conduct high-volume outbound calling and strategic outreach via LinkedIn, CoStar, and industry databases to research, identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities.

Enrich CRM records with detailed intelligence on prospective clients, maintaining accurate and actionable data.

Work closely with the wider Business Development, Marketing, Account Management, and Project Director teams to align outreach strategies, share market intelligence, and support the conversion of opportunities.

Stay informed on industry trends, market activity, and emerging opportunities to enhance prospect conversations and identify new avenues for growth.

Generate high-quality leads and build, manage, and develop a forward-looking pipeline of high-value opportunities, proactively advancing prospects through the sales funnel.

Keep the CRM clean and up to date, ensuring contact details, activity notes, and lead statuses are consistently maintained.

Coordinate tailored collateral and communications for prospects, ensuring a professional and consistent client experience.

Seek feedback, continuously refine your approach, and share valuable insights to support team performance and business development objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

1 years minimum experience in a Business Development type role (preferably within workplace design fit-out or comparable industry).

Comfortable with high-volume calling and confident using platforms like LinkedIn and CoStar.

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

A proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for CRM management.

A driven and motivated individual who is forward thinking and resilient.
