What You’ll Be Doing:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls and strategic outreach via LinkedIn, CoStar, and industry databases to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Keep our CRM clean, accurate, and actionable with up-to-date contact details, notes, and lead statuses.
Build and maintain a forward-looking pipeline of high-value opportunities, advancing leads through the sales funnel.
Stay ahead of industry trends to enrich conversations and spot emerging opportunities.
Enrich CRM records with detailed intelligence on prospective clients.
Own the process from first contact to appointment booking, ensuring a seamless handover to Project Directors.
Work closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure strong communication and tailored collateral for prospects.
Seek feedback, refine your approach, and share valuable insights (“nuggets”) to support.
What We’re Looking For:
2 years minimum experience in a Business Development type role.
Comfortable with high-volume calling and confident using platforms like LinkedIn and CoStar.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
A proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for CRM management.
