Job role

The Digital Marketing Manager will be a results-driven individual responsible for overseeing and executing the company's digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, track, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive growth and enhance brand visibility.

The Digital Marketing Manager should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with experience in driving growth through SEO, email marketing and social media (organic and paid). If you can initiate digital campaigns and run with them from conception up to the execution, you are probably the ideal candidate for this role.

Role & responsibilities

Conducting detailed keyword and content research

Writing SEO optimised short and long form content for the website

Experience leveraging Digital PR and outreach strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks

Manage CRM, including contact lists and workflows, using HubSpot

Conduct A/B testing and optimisation to continually improve performance

Own the day-to-day operations across all social media channels

Drive the creation and promotion of 'people' focused content within the business

Performing competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

Uploading content to the website CMS (Craft) to drive engagement and leads

Augment and segment contact data using tools like apollo.io and HubSpot

Create and execute bespoke email campaigns and newsletters

Provide granular reporting and insights cross functionally

Experience in Paid Social, particularly LinkedIn Ads, with a proven track record of success

The successful candidate

Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Optimise, Apollo.io (or similar), and LinkedIn Ads

Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from GA4 via Looker Studio

Ability to multitask and work successfully in a fast-paced environment

Experience with CMS platforms like Craft or WordPress

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
