Experienced project manager and office fit out expert, Kennedy Farrell joins the team.

Office Principles North has appointed Kennedy Farrell to support the smooth running of a full range of projects. A practised project manager, Kennedy has also spent time as a site manager, overseeing activity across a broad spectrum of busy, tenanted sites.

Kennedy’s working history encompasses both office fit out and new build commercial construction. He is able to draw from a wealth of industry experience to confidently take on any project, regardless of size or complicating factors.

An advocate of minimising disruption, with close and effective communication, Kennedy is a pragmatic and experienced professional who has a reputation for efficiency, along with an ability to multi-task. He’s adept at managing multiple contractors and proficient in overseeing projects on tenanted sites.

Kennedy comments: “I’m looking forward to working with the team at Office Principles to deliver quality work and to support the company’s strong delivery record, collaborating with clients and contractors to provide the best results.

I like to see a contract through, from the early stages to completion, reporting back on all progress made as the project evolves and the vision emerges. It’s great to handover a job well done to the client and know that there will be much pleasure taken from the changes made to that space.

Managing director of Office Principles North, Gary Tailby adds: “An advocate of minimising disruption, with close and effective communication, Kennedy is a pragmatic and experienced professional with a reputation for efficiency and a great ability to multi-task. In previous roles, he’s proven to be adept at managing multiple contractors and has a weight of knowledge and experience which makes for a rounded approach. We’re delighted to welcome him to the team.”

Kennedy’s previous work includes projects for Vigo Software, Portmeirion, Mercia Real Estate, Seven Capital, Faber Design, Marel Ltd, Rapleys and Berricote.
