Commercial manager, Ricky Flora joins our Northern office having worked across a wide selection of fit out and refurbishment projects, in multiple sectors and with varied budgets, ranging from small, intimate spaces to high end schemes with multi-million costings attached.
Having experienced a full range of roles in his years in the fit out industry, Ricky has a complete understanding of the project process, from proposal to handover. Ricky comments: “My role centres on spending in the right areas, to exceed client expectation, while maintaining and improving margins.
I’m looking forward to facilitating a more streamlined delivery of the contract, for Office Principles’ clients and sub-contractors; staying commercially-focused while indulging my love of good design.
Ricky is expert at value engineering and has a keen eye for detail. Adept at reducing project overheads, he can lead and support a team and we’re confident that he will deliver the best service for our clients.
