We have successfully completed the office refurbishment project for professional services firm RSM in Leicester.

The project redesigned and upgraded RSM's existing premises at Rivermead House to create a more sustainable workspace, with flexible and collaborative spaces for its employees.

The 13,000 sq ft office space was optimised to meet the evolving needs of RSM's workforce of around 50 people in Leicester. The reconfigured first floor features a variety of work settings for both focused and collaborative work, upgraded meeting rooms, a client suite, and a new central breakout area.

Workplace sustainability was a key priority. The project achieved the SKA Gold certification, one of the highest standards for sustainable workspaces. A number of our sustainable design services were implemented including LED lighting, sensor controls, and air quality monitoring. Materials were also selected for their environmental credentials.

The refurbishment enables RSM to consolidate into a smaller, more efficient workspace on the first floor of Rivermead House, while freeing up the ground floor for subletting. Future adaptations are also simplified thanks to the furniture-driven design.
