Office Principles conducted in-depth workplace consultations across the business to inform a creative layout that captured the requirements for each department. Through large group workshops the office interior design team captured the current issues the teams had around team interaction, noise transfer and dedicated breakout spaces.
To accommodate these concerns the design developed the ground floor into a spacious hub for meetings, learning, socialising, and events and the first floor is a dedicated focus space for staff working with pockets of collaborative areas to encourage team interaction.
The design journey included each department in layout reviews, tactile product workshops, furniture tours and technical drawing reviews ensuring each team felt heard and had contributed towards the end product.
