Office Principles transforms industrial units for DiGiCo

Office Principles has been selected by Ciphr, an innovative cloud-based human resources software provider, to design and deliver their new UK headquarters in Reading.
The 3,700 sq ft third floor office fit out will be turned around rapidly over 6 weeks in early 2023. It will provide Ciphr's expanding team a larger, more accessible and collaborative workspace.
Accessibility requirements will be addressed, including widened doors, desk spaces and an accessible kitchen. The fresh office interior design will also incorporate the company's new brand identity and showcase their offering to visiting clients.
Key features include an engaging informal welcome lounge, vibrant kitchen, several spacious meeting rooms, flexible collaboration zones and a sizeable boardroom.
Height-adjustable desks will promote ergonomics. Our design expertise ensured the right teams were located adjacent to enable seamless collaboration.
