Office Principles has completed the office refurbishment of The Distillery, a 20,000 sq ft facility for DiGiCo in Chessington.

The project converted two outdated industrial units into a vibrant, energy-filled workplace over a 16 week period.

The extensive reconfiguration centralised DiGiCo teams into an environment fostering collaboration, testing, events and brand impact. Custom spaces meet specialised needs - training rooms, R&D, demo areas with a steel testing cage, and client hospitality.

Design elements reflect the businesses role in global entertainment, with a double-height gig-inspired island, memorabilia, and immersive graphics. Varied furnishings and lighting zones enable multi-use flexibility. Sustainable features include reused materials and SKA-compliant products.

Transforming The Distillery into a modern, cohesive workspace that meets DiGiCo’s needs has been an exciting challenge. We overcame restrictions through clever design that reimagined utilising the space. The result is a unique environment reflecting the energy and spirit of the brands.

The location at Silverglade Business Park offers connectivity to service major music events. The move doubled DiGiCo’s footprint to accommodate growth as part of Audiotonix - a market leader in professional audio mixing consoles and brands.

Office Principles’ customised refurbishment and office fit out enriched workspace experience and capabilities while showcasing DiGiCo’s profile. Their expertise in revitalising outdated buildings played a vital role in realising the full potential of the space.
