Leading interior design consultancy, Office Principles North, has followed up its delivery of a £4.5 million office refurbishment in Warwickshire by completing two fit-outs in the same building.
The pair of CAT B projects were carried out on behalf of firms in the health and pharmaceutical sectors, which have both relocated to The Woods, a two-storey refurbished office space on the Opus 40 Office Campus, Haywood Road.
The largest of the two fit-outs is a new 23,293 sq ft state-of-the-art development facility for medical equipment manufacturer, Quanta Dialysis Technologies. It comprises clinical and non-clinical areas, static safe environments and thermally controlled rooms, as well as a collaborative working environment, and will support the firm’s continued growth.
A second activity-based space of 9,505 sq ft has been completed on behalf of Europe's leading diagnostic and molecular imaging services provider, Alliance Medical.
The projects were delivered by Office Principles North in parallel with a full CAT A landlord refurbishment for FI Real Estate Management, which included collaborative working areas, coworking places and a high-end reception and bistro cafe. More than 70% of the 70,000 sq ft building has already been let.
Joint managing director of Office Principles North, Tina Batham, said:
We’re thrilled to have delivered two fit-out projects for companies that do such important work in the healthcare space. Both companies will benefit from modern, fit-for-purpose work environments that will accommodate hybrid working, foster collaboration, and support their continued development. It has been a huge challenge to combine the delivery of a major landlord refurbishment and CAT B works at The Woods. By managing all three projects simultaneously, we’ve delivered environmental benefits, as well as significant cost savings to both new occupiers.
