Lift lobbies have been removed on the second and third floors to maximise lettable office space and new lighting has been installed throughout. OP has also implemented new fire safety measures to ensure building control compliance.
Sustainability was a key focus of the project, with materials such as VOC paints and flooring products chosen for their environmentally friendly credentials. Raised access floors and doors have been retained wherever possible, further reducing the building's environmental impact and lowering operating costs for tenants.
The fast-tracked project was completed in 12 weeks.
