Office Principles, has successfully completed the office relocation and refurbishment of Infinigate's new UK headquarters at Genesis Business Park in Woking.

Infinigate, a prominent pan-EMEA distributor specialising in total cybersecurity solutions and services, sought to create an engaging and flexible workspace that reflects its dynamic new branding and company values.

The 5,600 sq ft project was driven by Infinigate's desire to optimise its workspace in a post-Covid environment while aligning with its fresh, people-oriented identity. Office Principles worked closely with Infinigate's leadership team, conducting thorough office design consultations, site visits, surveys, and financial forecasting to ensure informed decision-making throughout the process.

The new headquarters features a vibrant ground floor hub designed for meetings, learning, socialising, and events. This multifunctional communal area serves as the heart of the office, promoting collaboration and interaction among Infinigate's teams. A thoughtfully designed breakout space encourages valuable moments of connection between colleagues.

In contrast, the first floor is dedicated to focused work, with pockets of co-working areas integrated to foster teamwork. The careful space planning ensures teams have the right balance of quiet spaces for concentration and open settings for collaboration, addressing previous challenges around noise transfer.

Infinigate's striking new branding is showcased throughout the office, with vibrant colours, graphics, and branded elements reinforcing a sense of identity and belonging. The company's commitment to sustainability is evident in the reuse of existing office furniture, the retention of carpet tiles, and the installation of energy-efficient lighting and electric vehicle charging points.

We're thrilled to have delivered a workspace that embodies Infinigate's energy and reflects the way its people want to work. By actively involving Infinigate's teams throughout the design journey, we ensured everyone felt heard and invested in the project. The result is a dynamic, flexible headquarters that supports hybrid working and showcases Infinigate's technically excellent and people-oriented culture.
