OP has announced four key appointments across its business development, operations, and client services functions, reinforcing the company's commitment to delivering exceptional service and drive continued growth.
The new hires include Regan as CRM Specialist, Jade as Business Development Manager, and Matt as Enterprise Account Director, who will all be based from OP's headquarters in Reading, alongside Jo as Studio Manager, who will be based at the company's Birmingham studio.
Regan strengthens OP’s sales operations through his expertise in CRM management and data‑driven process improvement.
As CRM Specialist, he will take ownership of the sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and clear visibility across the business. Regan will work closely with internal teams to produce meaningful insights, develop reporting dashboards, and support informed decision‑making.
Jade brings a focused and energetic approach to her role as Business Development Manager.
She will play a key part in expanding OP’s market reach, engaging with organisations at early stages of their workspace journey and helping to identify where OP can add value. Jade will strengthen the front end of the sales process by developing relationships and supporting the creation of new opportunities.
Matt strengthens OP’s capability through his strategic approach to account management.
As Enterprise Account Director, he will develop structured account plans, work closely with senior stakeholders, and ensure OP is aligned with the long‑term priorities of our clients. Matt will play a central role in shaping how OP supports clients with complex, multi‑site or evolving workspace requirements.
Completing the quartet is Jo, who joins as Studio Manager at the Birmingham studio.
Jo will provide essential operational support across the business, managing calendars, coordinating travel, and overseeing day‑to‑day studio functionality. Her attention to detail and strong coordination skills play a key role in supporting the leadership team and helping the wider business deliver exceptional client service.
