Overview:
Work comprised of the sub-division of existing large meeting rooms to create new meeting rooms, with bi-folding walls and glass partitions; the installation of a tea point, with LED lighting around the top and plinths; flooring alterations and the fitting of feature flooring; redecoration throughout, including feature walls, bespoke joinery to the client lounge and the provision of a bespoke work bench and other key items of furniture. A suspended ceiling was installed in each of the meeting rooms. The rest of the space was open-plan with exposed services. The client lounge was designed to stand out, providing a bigger space than an average reception and an alternative area to confer, work and relax.Project completion:
