CBRE were looking to relocate into a new office at Savannah House in Southampton.
They partnered with Office Principles to complete the design and fit out of their new workplace. CBRE asked us to design their office in line with their 'house style'. This was to include a varied working environment, formal meeting rooms, open plan space, and more informal working areas such as a bar and breakout spaces.
The dominate expression throughout the design of the office was the CBRE brand. We created strong curves through the office to break the linear nature of the space, and allow the public spaces to seamlessly blend with the work environment.
Office Principles worked on our initial space planning drawing to provide a high quality and interesting design which was well executed and incorporated some nice touches, exceeding our expectations. Office Principles adopted a truly collaborative approach and were very flexible and communicative both during the design phase and throughout the build. It has been a pleasure to work with the Office Principles team and I have no hesitation in recommending you.
