Indivior were looking to relocate to a new building in Slough. They approached Office Principles to assist with the office interior design and fit out of their office space.
We started with a space utilisation study to gain a better understanding of the way that Indivior used their workspace. This helped to inform the design process and enabled us to create an environment that was more suited to Indiviors' needs and requirements.
Indivior wanted an environment that focused on wellbeing, collaboration, energy, innovation, and social cohesion. The design started with a large breakout area in the middle of the office that took full advantage of the natural light from the atrium. It provides a collaborative area where employees can meet and work. Desking and agile working zones are positioned around the edge of the space near the external windows.
