Resmed were looking to undertake a complex office relocation which involved splitting their office and warehouse space, moving from one building into two buildings within Harwell Science Park.
They partnered with Office Principles to undertake the office move, due to the understanding that we had of their requirements.
Office Principles undertook a workplace consultancy to ensure that we fully understood how the office was working for Resmed, and the requirements for each team. We suggested alternative working practices to help make the new office more efficient and innovative.
The new office design really conveys the Resmed brand and professionalism. As well as open plan desking, there are informal meeting rooms, and agile working spaces so that staff can work as productively as possible. A key part of the space is the breakout and kitchen area which was especially designed to help staff relax, and provide an alternative creative working environment.
