Office Principles appointed by Infinigate UK for new Woking headquarters

Office Principles has strengthened its established senior team with the recruitment of an experienced Group Finance Director.
Office Principles has appointed Tristan Haigh to help shape its financial strategy and accelerate business growth. Tristan has more than 25 years’ experience in finance and operations at a senior level, with a multi-industry background that includes roles with major furniture and manufacturing brands.
He joins Office Principles from US furniture manufacturer La-Z-Boy where he served as Finance Director of the firm’s international division, having previously led the re-acquisition of its UK-based subsidiary.

My priority is to provide strategic financial counsel that underpins our sustainable expansion plans. As Group Finance Director, he will provide financial insights and counsel to inform smart investments and simplify financial reporting. By streamlining systems and honing in on core KPIs, he will help the leadership team access better data to drive decisions.
With his method of facilitating executive teams to challenge existing operations and maximise strengths, Tristan is well-positioned to advise on overcoming weaknesses and staying ahead of competitors. His fresh vision stands to elevate Office Principles' financial strategy and propel the next stage of growth.
