Office Principles North appoints Devinder Ubhi as commercial manager.
Devinder Ubhi has joined Office Principles’ Northern team as commercial manager. An industry stalwart, having worked across a full remit of sectors, including commercial, industrial, health, education, retail and residential, both public and private, Devinder has successfully navigated a cross-section of multi-million, high-profile projects over the years.
Having taken on a range of roles, Devinder has a vast working knowledge of fit out and is celebrated for his commercial expertise. He has developed a reputation for being a strong leader and adviser as well as for his detailed and accurate estimating skills.
Devinder explains his role at Office Principles and what he hopes to achieve: “My job is to offer keen costs, that have been assessed across the market; providing our clients with the reassurance and the confidence that Office Principles can deliver.
“My goal is to meet every challenge, delivering the planned design, within the commercial remit, while observing the practicalities imposed. I’ve received a warm welcome and am enjoying getting to know this extremely competent and professional team.”

Devinder’s recent projects include Lincoln Hospital, Lark Hill Retirement Village, University of Warwick, Friargate, 2 Park Square, Brynglass Tunnel, Clippers Quay, Chase Farm Hospital, Gateshead Tower Blocks and a Porsche showroom.
