Project management professional and value engineering expert, James Foley joins the team as operations manager.

The Office Principles team welcomes James Foley to the role of operations manager. Seasoned in commercial project work, and with experience of large residential, leisure and education projects, James brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the position.

With a background in quantity surveying and an in-depth understanding of construction processes, James’ previous experience includes project management, procurement, contract management, quantification, costing, supply chain management, value engineering and aftercare co-ordination.

James’ previous work includes a number of London residential developments, commercial projects for Scottish Widows and projects for West Thames College and Accor Hotels.
