Edvardas Kindervicius joins as site manager. With years of experience for a roll call of leading names, across high-profile sites, Edvardas is a confident and proficient manager, renowned for his strong leadership and motivational skills.
Expert at understanding site logistics, implementing schedules, co-ordinating the work of multiple contractors and executing stringent health and safety regulations, Edvardas prides himself on utilising optimal resources and delivering cost savings to keep within budget.
Edvardas has developed his skills across a wide variety of projects, from multi-million large schemes to small, low budget jobs and enjoys the challenge of stepping outside any perceived comfort zone:
