Dewhurst outgrew their previous premises and decided to construct a purpose built property in Hounslow.
They contracted with Ash Construction to bring the building out of the ground and then partnered with Office Principles to complete the office fit out.
Dewhurst specialise in manufacturing which also meant large areas of factory fit out.
The total project covered 75,000 sq ft and had a value of 1,400,000. Office Principles worked closely with Ash Construction to minimise the project handover time and to complete the office and factory fit-out in just 30 weeks.
