Office Principles North has launched the new Peterborough location of serviced office provider, Figflex Offices.
Situated within an historic building in the vast grounds of the Lynch Wood Park campus, the new office location confidently hosts a diverse range of collaborative and flexible working areas, stretching across an impressive 8,000 sq ft floor plan.
It is the latest high quality office refurbishment we’ve completed on behalf of the FigFlex Offices brand, following delivery of a similar serviced office space in Watford.
Acting as the serviced office provider for FI Real Estate Management (FIREM), FigFlex Offices works to facilitate the provision of bespoke office spaces which boost employee productivity and wellbeing.
FigFlex Offices manages more than 10 million sq ft of commercial properties in six sites across the UK, including in Coventry, Hull, Gloucester and Swindon.
FIREM, the asset and property manager of Lynch Wood Park, is making a substantial investment in the site of the Grade II Listed building in Peterborough.
Its plans include the creation of a new on-site restaurant, refurbishment of all common areas and even the renovation of the lake within the grounds.
To bring the interior of FigFlex Offices’ new space to the standard of the company’s other locations, Office Principles North had to ensure that this old building was fit for the varied demands of a very modern workforce.
We’ve brought new life to an historic building by delivering sleek, contemporary and professional serviced offices, all set within Lynch Wood Park’s 350,000 sq ft business campus.
The newly refurbished premises caters for the needs of teams and individuals, with a series of spaces specifically designed for focused work and group activities.
We’ve created a multipurpose environment that contains up to 100 workstations, as well as coworking and breakout areas, air-conditioned sound-proofed meeting rooms, virtual office services and plentiful on-site parking.
FigFlex Peterborough will be managed by a dedicated, experienced centre management team and its optional services will include advice from an in-house specialist with free business development sessions and grant guidance available for all members.
