Land Securities

Land Securities is the largest Real Estate Investment Trust in the UK and is a FTSE 100 company. Their London Portfolio is made up of 8.7 million square foot of office and retail accommodation of which Holborn Gate, WC1 is a part. Hoborn Gate is a prominent mixed-used property on the main thorough fare of High Holborn which contains two reception area's. Land Securities partnered with Office Principles to give both reception areas a stunning new appearance. The reception area's had to be functioning during the day so all works were done out-of-hours, a huge task considering the whole project was completed in just three weeks. Land Securities were very pleased with the end result.
