St Mungos are a homelessness charity and housing association, providing a bed and support to more than 2,500 people a night who are either homeless or at risk.
They work to end homelessness and rebuild lives to ensure that everyone has a place to call home and the potential to fulfil their hopes and ambitions.
St Mungos were in several offices throughout London, and wanted to consolidate into one central location. They partnered with Office Principles to help them create a workspace that would house all their employees in 18,000 sq ft of office space. St Mungos wanted an office that would inspire and motivate their employees to perform at their best.
When you first walk into the office, you arrive in the open reception area which overlooks a large atrium and the rest of the office space. You are immediately impressed by the size of the workplace, and how busy the office is. An executive meeting room suite has been designed just off the reception area with a breakout area in the middle for visitors and staff to use in between meetings.
To ensure employees can work as productivity as possible, Office Principles has designed an office with multiple different working settings including brainstorming zones, private meeting booths and a large breakout area for eating and relaxing in.
