When Cornerstone decided to relocate, they asked Office Principles to design and deliver a complete new agile working model. They moved from 38,000 sq ft to 22,000 sq ft after implementing a desk sharing scheme in a drive to increase workspace performance and staff engagement.
Cornerstone undertook our complete 8-stage process, starting with a vision workshop to engage the leadership team. They undertook a utilisation study, and engaged Office Principles to undertake the staff engagement process early on in the design and fitout process. This provided a detailed overview of how they were using their office space, and the potential to create an agile working environment.
The fast track fitout process was completed in approximately 11 weeks and included carpets, partitioning, ceilings, kitchen, and extra shower, all decoration, and a dedicated wellbeing room.
