Multi-award winning digital transformation specialist, FSP has relocated to a new and sustainably conscious workspace following its collaboration with Office Principles.

Reputed for its commitment to creating optimal working environments, FSP will not be let down by its latest residency, which is spread across 5,000 sq ft on the ground floor of Thames Valley Parks NOW building in Reading.

We supported FSP by sourcing its new headquarters and designing a space that has wellness, inclusivity and enthusiasm at its heart.

Decorated with several national and international employer awards, FSP has topped the UK’s best workplace rankings three times in the past five years.

Valuing family, success, and passion above all else, this company facilitates other organisations to unlock the value of data and engage people positively.

FSP is focused on far more than financial profit; its framework for success is one which supports the people who work for and with it.

Helping to source new office space that suited FSP’s requirements, Office Principles constructed the workplace over a period of six weeks, taking inspiration from a New York, loft-style design.

Reflecting its eco-friendly home in Thames Valley Park’s Here + Now campus, a recipient of the RESET Air accolade, the office project boosted its sustainable makeup through its inclusion of recycled materials.

It is a domain which considers both the environment and employee wellbeing, evident through the enchanting biophilic wall, to the reuse of pre-existing furniture and signage.

Located within the first building development in the UK to have been awarded BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, this efficiently executed workplace is truly an office of the future.

A sleek, yet comforting hybrid of coworking and conventional layouts, FSP’s new headquarters adopts an aesthetic colour palette, balancing pastel pinks and greens against deep blues and timber features.

Choosing where and how they work, employees have the option of the front collaborative hub, main boardroom, designated breakout areas, and group meeting spaces.

In keeping with the environmental theme throughout, the office leads through to green space outside via a purpose-built innovation hub where interactive client workshops can be hosted.

Mirroring the recycling of furniture, the space makes use of existing carpet tiles which divide the floor in a contemporary fashion and allow the raw, concrete pillars to boldly stand out.

Finished with interior touches influenced by Scandinavian styles, the sweeping workspace is flooded with natural light from multiple floor-to-ceiling windows.

Overcoming the challenge of incorporating multiple entrances to the workplace, this is a multifunctional space that flows seamlessly and allows occupants to have full visibility across the floor plate, from wherever they are standing.

We are absolutely delighted with our new modern workplace, it is everything we envisioned and more, with plenty of space for our growing team. This new space will provide FSP with fresh opportunities for connecting and collaborating with colleagues, clients, and our wider community partners in a dynamic and engaging purpose-built environment that pioneers a new level in workplace sustainability.

Simon Grosse, CEO of FSP

FSP has enjoyed a period of rapid growth and needed a much larger space that was inclusive and accessible to its expanding team. As a people-centric business and a three-time winner of Best Companies in 2022, we felt that FSP would benefit from having a larger space within a campus that supports technology, innovation and wellness.
