Berkeley Homes decided to relocate their head office to the new facilities at Green Park in Reading.
They partnered with Office Principles to support them in the office interior design and fit out of their new offices. The design included a new reception area, boardrooms and open plan desking.
Berkeley was founded 1976 and is now one of the UK's best known developers of new homes. Their vision has been the same since the beginning: to be a dynamic and innovative company with a passionate commitment to provide superbly designed and built homes in excellent locations in London and South East of England. With a passion for design, it was important that they chose an office fit out partner that would meet the same standard that they set out themselves.
They were looking for a timeless modern office design that conveyed the maturity of their brand. Office Principles a created a stunning design that included feature dark walnut on the reception counter and full height doors, a high-gloss porcelain floor, feature carpets and shimmer curtains.
