OP has been shortlisted for three prestigious industry awards, recognising the quality of workplace design and the positive impact delivered for clients, CBRE and Recordati.

CBRE’s new 16,549 sq ft regional headquarters at Three Chamberlain Square in Birmingham has been nominated for two awards.

The project is shortlisted for Workplace Fit Out of the Year at the SBID International Design Awards 2026, which celebrates excellence in interior design worldwide. It has also been named a finalist for Sustainable Fit Out Project of the Year at the Fit Out Awards UK 2026.

Milan based pharmaceutical company Recordati’s 6,500 sq ft UK workplace is a finalist at the Thames Valley Property Awards.

OP completed the design and fit out of CBRE’s new regional headquarters in early 2026, providing a workplace destination environment for more than 150 employees.

CBRE is the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm and its new workplace combines those global standards with Birmingham’s identity. The new office delivers an environment that supports CBRE’s people through inclusive design, reclaimed local materials and ambitious BREEAM Excellent and WELL Gold targets.

Recordati appointed OP to create a workplace that brings its teams together through an environmentally sustainable approach. The design balances the company’s 100-year heritage with modern ways of working, providing spaces that have  successfully reshaped how employees work and interact.

We’re incredibly proud that these two outstanding projects have been shortlisted for awards. While the approach to each project was unique, both were shaped by close client collaboration that allowed our team to understand each business and its people.The greatest recognition has been the positive feedback we have received from both clients and these award nominations are a reflection of the trust they placed in our team and the commitment shown throughout both projects.
