Cooper Parry, Birmingham

Cooper Parry's growth trajectory led them from Blythe Valley to Birmingham, initially embracing coworking environments before expanding into larger spaces within Cubo's innovative workplace community.

Our challenge was multifaceted: create an impactful workplace that would accommodate 80 desks, refresh existing meeting spaces, and introduce dynamic collaboration zones  all while working with a conservative budget and existing infrastructure from the space's previous occupants.

But this project represented something bigger. As long-term partners in Cooper Parry's workplace evolution, we needed to develop a design aesthetic that could be replicated across future locations while ensuring each space maintained its own unique identity.

We set out to craft a space that would feel distinctly Cooper Parry, but with a more unique edge.

Visitors enter through Cubo's reception into a welcoming lobby featuring a striking digital display wall - reflecting Cooper Parry's commitment to digital inclusion. Beyond this, a thoughtfully positioned curtain divides the space, revealing an innovative event and social area that exemplifies the project's creative approach to space utilisation.

This multipurpose zone includes a bespoke pool table and custom ping pong table that converts into a meeting surface, surrounded by an eclectic mix of comfortable seating, feature lighting, and bench arrangements. The space can easily transform to accommodate town hall meetings or social gatherings, providing the flexibility modern workplaces demand.
