Kames Capital is a UK-based investment management business. They recently purchased Keypoint in Slough, a central core office building located in close proximity to Slough train station, and in an area where infrastructure is being heavily invested in.

Aegon Asset Management (formally Kames Capital) wanted a complete office refurbishment to the building in order to attract a variety of occupiers who are seeking a high-quality, well-located office space.

The office fit out was designed to a high specification, benefiting from a welcoming concierge reception with a co-working flexible seating area making this an agile space. The space offers dedicated meeting rooms which are available for hire, brand new shower and changing facilities as well as a coffee pod, roof terrace and new bike store.

The building was been refurbished with a new VRF air conditioning system, suspended ceilings with flat panel LED lighting, full access raised floors and two refurbished passenger lifts.
